How do I enroll in Online Banking?
- First, please call us to receive your required PIN to set up your Online Banking account
- Go to www.bruningbank.com
- Locate the box that says “Online Banking” in the top right hand corner, and hover over and then click on the drop down option of “Personal Banking Login”
- The next page under the log in button click on “Enroll now”
- Then you’ll be able to proceed with entering all of the required information and setting up your Access ID and password
What do I do if I forgot my Online Banking password?
You can reset your own password for Online Banking through your internet browser on computer or mobile devices. Simply go to the login screen for Online Banking and click "Forgot Password?". As always, you can also call your local branch for assistance during normal business hours.
How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
Please note, you first need to enroll in Online Banking before enrolling in Mobile Banking
- Go to your App Store (iTunes, Google Play or Amazon)
- For Phones, the app will be named “Bruning Bank Mobile” in iTunes or Google Play

How do I enroll in Credit Sense?
Enrolling in Credit Sense is quick and easy! Better yet, Credit Sense is a FREE service. To enroll:
- Mobile Banking - On the Home page, select My Credit Score and then Get Started
Online Banking - Select Credit Sense on the top right of the screen to begin the setup process - Verify information and then select Next
- Accept the agreement for the app to do a credit pull* and select Continue
- Answer security questions and select Continue
- You can now view your score on the Home page

How do I freeze my debit card on Mobile Banking?
- Log into Mobile Banking
- Select MORE
- Select Manage my cards
- Enter your password
- Select Block Card
I’m locked out of Mobile Banking, but I don’t know why my current password isn’t working?
If you are unable to sign in to Mobile Banking, your account may require a password update for added security. If you are unable to login to Mobile Banking and you know you are entering the correct password, please login to Online Banking on an internet browser (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and change your password.
What is the dollar limit for my Bruning Bank debit card?
A daily transaction limit is set for $3,000 and a limit of $500 withdrawn from an ATM. This is to protect you from debit card fraud. If you need limits raised for a purchase, please give us a call and we can adjust the limit for the given amount of time.
Can I use my Bruning Bank debit card while traveling?
Yes! If you’re traveling outside of the United States, please give us a call so we can enable your card during the specific time frame.
